A smug smile fell over your mouth, and Kei swore you were trying to get him to kiss you even though it was directed at his brother. You sighed dramatically, acting very agreeable. “Fine, keep your lot. I’d say you owe me ten per cent of each rent but it won’t matter in the end anyway,” you teased, eyes looking over the board like you were so nonchalant about it, and Kei snickered from beside you. He leaned his arm over the back of your chair, matching your energy.

Akiteru scoffed, crossing his arms and totally seeing why you and his little brother got along so well. You’re both menaces.

“Let her skip this rent though, as a lesson in responsibility,” your boyfriend added, gesturing towards his brother’s fiancé with a suave ‘your turn to roll’.
